Overview Our Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Advisor to oversee the parts department. The ideal candidate will possess strong logistical skills and a solid mechanical knowledge. You will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers by to provide information about parts
  • Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with parts inquiries and orders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • From a parts background with strong mechanical knowledge .
  • Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
