The Opportunity

We are seeking skilled CNC Machining Technicians to join our expanding team in Leamington Spa.

Working with state-of-the-art CNC equipment, you will play a key role in delivering precision components to the highest standards. Our technicians work on a wide range of challenging projects, supporting industries where quality, accuracy, and innovation are essential.

We have multiple roles and shift patterns available, and successful candidates will be supported by experienced team leaders and offline programming teams.

EDM/Spark Erosion Technician (Night Shift) CNC Gear Cutting Setter / Operator CNC Grinder Setter / Operator (Night Shift) CNC Gear Grinder Setter / Operator (Night Shift) CNC Prismatic Machining Centre Setter / Operator (Night Shift) x 2 CNC Milling Machining Centre Setter / Operator (Night Shift) x 2 Inspector Technician (Night Shift) - Laser Crack Detection CNC Turning Setter / Operator (Night Shift) x 3 Inspector Technician (Night Shift) x 2

What You'll Do

• Manufacture precision components from technical drawings and route cards.
• Operate 4- and 5-axis CNC machines across a variety of materials.
• Read, understand, and edit CNC programs (Fanuc/ISO); perform on-machine adjustments as required.
• Carry out part inspection using precision measurement tools.
• Deburr, fettle, and finish components to meet customer standards.
• Work proactively to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement and wider manufacturing operations.

What We're Looking For

• Proven CNC machining experience, delivering to tight tolerances.
• Confident with Fanuc/ISO programming (on-machine editing essential).
• Skilled in the use of precision measuring equipment.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to operate multiple machines if required.
• Knowledge of wire erosion is an advantage but not essential.
• Willingness to support overtime and different shift patterns.
