Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of Social Housing retrofit projects in the Warwick/Leamington Spa area. You'll play a critical role in improving homes and communities, leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.

Description

• Plan and manage daily site operations for retrofit schemes
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all stages
• Monitor quality, progress, and maintain site documentation
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
• Lead site inductions and manage training needs
• Produce and present reports for project meetings

Profile

• Proven experience in retrofit projects
• Background in social housing refurbishments
• SMSTS certified
• Strong leadership & site management skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach

Job Offer

• 50,000- 55,000 base salary
