We're looking for a commercially minded, proactive finance professional to operate across reporting, planning, analysis and business partnering. This is a broad, high-visibility role with real exposure to senior stakeholders and the wider business.

• Deliver insightful monthly reporting, adding clear, value-driven commentary
• Lead variance analysis, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities
• Own weekly cash flow forecasting, supporting liquidity and planning
• Partner with operational teams to improve forecasting accuracy and performance
• Support long-term planning and scenario modelling to guide strategic decisions
• Build strong relationships across sales, marketing and technical teams
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Support ongoing finance transformation and process improvement initiatives

• Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders across the business
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
